Welcome to Fairfax. We are a small community of 39 units in Townshores, known for our friendly neighbors and well managed building. We are a pet building, allowing one small Pet up to 20lbs. There is a club house, four pools, pickle ball, bocce, shuffle board courts and a marina for our residents to use. We are walking distance to beach and the town of Gulfport.

Gulfport is an artsy town that is known for its events, bars and restaurants. There is always something going on to peek your interest. We are sure you will like it here.
